Description
This class examines each stage of responding to reasonable accommodation and modification requests from residents and applicants with disabilities. The training is limited to groups that have completed Fair Housing Fundamentals or the equivalent. Issues addressed include assistance animals, care givers and hoarding. The class uses in depth scenario analysis and review of relevant case law.
