Milissa has worked as a qualified intermediary just shy of seven years. With 1.5 years with IPX1031 Exchange and First America Exchange for five years. Prior to becoming a qualified intermediary, she was a real estate broker licensed in both Washington and Oregon for fourteen years. Milissa enjoys the complexity of IRC1031 exchanges and thrives as a resource and educator for investors and real estate professionals alike.
